Its rude to laugh at people

Today, I was tasked to accompany my silly cousin to the dental.  She had scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction today and I find it amusing when someone gets really nervous and scared about wisdom tooth extraction.  I calmed her by reminding her that dentist will give her 5 days of medical leave, but that also didn't help much.  In the end, I had to do the hard way, I told her that no one ever died of wisdom tooth extraction, unless she wants to be the first and making the headlines.  I know its mean, but it somehow worked!  It turned out that she is a hemophobia and did her research from her colleagues which were not entirely true.  They shared with her that after the extraction there will blood oozing out (like non-stop bleeding) which is absolutely not true!!

Her dental appointment was at 2pm, surgery starts at 2:15pm and ironically ends at 2:45pm!  She came out from the operation, all smiles and wanted to extract the other tooth!  I told her to dream on!
After dentist, we went to watch movie - The Internship.  It was a great movie, rating of 3/5.  The best part is, we get to see the real Google office in San Francisco.  So, never bring food from office to home - hilarious!

After movie, cousin was beginning to feel the pain and we hurriedly home.  We decided to take a cab home.  Whilst waiting for the cab, I saw a white Toyota Helfire.  Its a huge cab for 2 small ladies and I wasn't ready for that.  Unfortunately, the cab was the only available cab to take us to our destinations.  When I got in, I was overwhelmed with the interior.  Huge and spacious.  And I was so excited that I started to fantasize driving up to KL with Helfire! Wishful thinking!! Anyway, I made it home safely in that cab with a damage of S$41! 

My old classmate is on a whirlwind trip in Europe - Barcelona (I've been there), Marrakesh (I've haven't been there) and now she's in Paris (I've been there too) and I have this gutt feeling that she will be posting pictures of herself in London too!  She posting all these pics, ignite the traveling passion in me!  2014, I hope I can do whole of France trip - as I've covered Italy already!

And I hope I can bring Mom along again!
