The joys of Giving

We had Christmas lunch in the office today. This year the Company gave us SGD 180 worth of vouchers from Capitaland Malls. I can't believe my eyes when I was counting the vouchers!
So, I've spent the first $30 vouchers and bought myself a new earphones. The old one is not working. The left side does not have any music coming out of it. So, its a need! hahha..

I haven't got anything for my colleagues.
One thing for sure I'm getting Claud a candle holder for her to put in her new apartment.
I'm thinking of getting Vivian a box of sports accessories as I heard she's starting her marathon this year. As for my lady Boss, maybe a brooch but I feel its too personal.

This year, I'm practically impressed with myself. I sort of bought myself dresses and some other clothing. Unlike last year, my shopping was mostly for house and xmas gifts. It's totally worth it to buy clothes when they are on sale.
And I haven't bought myself any pairs of shoes yet. hehe..
I'm really trying to save as much as possible.

I came accross a new card at DBS today.
Personally, I think this new card is a free card.
Its a debit card and does not have yearly annual fee.
There's a three months, o.3% cashback. It's a Visa.
I applied it, considering that I have a POSB MasterCard and now I have a DBS Visa.
Sometimes, when you go shopping not all merchats offers same discounts.
Anyway, whats wrong have options right? hehehehe..

KL trip was good. I bought stuffs dress from Mango and long sleeve turtle-neck from Naf Naf. I didn't spend much on stuffs but hell a lot on food, junk food especially. Iman, my cousin loves junk food and she taught me candies that I've never tasted before, one example - Skittles. Its very sour (I can still feel the sourish as I'm typing my words out) but after awhile there's a sweet taste coming out of it. Sadly mom's friend wasn't adventurous with food. We ended up eating things that can be found back home.
Hotel and bus to me was disaster. Lucky thing I brought along my laptop.
Pictures can be found on my FB.

Tomorrow will be a half day. And I'm hoping that I won't swing by town tomorrow. I'm pretty sure there will be a crazy crowd in Orchard.

Have a great and joyous Christmas!
