It was a wonderful experience for my whole family -- my son who flew back to New York yesterday, my newly-wed daughter and her hubby, my youngest daughter, my wife and I who are flying to New York tonight to meet our grandson. You made it possible for one day unforgetable experience at Raffles for a family of six.


I would not hesistate to recommend to any one who would like to have impeccable service, great cruisine, and rich decoration for the excellent ambience. The experience has imprinted a lasting impression of what Raffles stand for.

I received the above email this morning from a guest who stayed at our grand dame for 1 night.

It's amazing to read how he described his stay for just one night.

Like the Brand Promise - Arrive as Resident, Leave as Friends, Return as Family.

To me, his note was very much personal to me.

I arranged for his stay and it wasn't an easy one.

But...

I pulled it off!

Somehow I feel, today going to be a great day.

I haven't reply to him yet. I sucked at compliments reply.
