I had a rather sumptuous weekend. Friday was on half day leave, went home to sleep and went out again to Ngee Ann Auditorium to watch story telling show. *Thanks fifi, for bringing me along* I had fun watching it. Story telling does not mean only for the young ones, adults can enjoy it too. Then brought her to Gelare for ice cream at 11pm. Hahahhaha.. So funny!
Saturday, Wahidah's akad nikah. Everything went smooth. Now she belongs to Nazeer. Hopefully, she'll be loved and looked after well. So, Herman has a bike, not surprising enough, I'm like the last person to know. And not surprising enough, I am the last person to know that there will be a mini-gathering under Wahidah's block. I was a little bit displease with the treatment. I just have to pretend everything. Be oblivious, my motto! But as a friend, I'm glad everyone is in good condition. Well, I wouldn't know if they are hurt (emotionally & physically), again, I WILL BE LAST PERSON TO KNOW. Well, like the wise old man said - 'What goes around, comes around' - Amin
Back on Wahidah, she was so pretty (that's why the call bride), adorned in white modern kebaya. What I like most about her that day, her hair. The stylist is brilliant! I came late. I had my shortcomings. I didn't regret. I didn't make my way to the groom side as I had to attend a Hi-Tea. Hi-Tea at Equinox at 3, left Compassvale Link at 2.30pm. They call it 'Star Karat' - karat in malay is rusted.
So, Hi-Tea was fun! Food galore! I had laksa, sushi, pastries and desserts. I had 4 rounds to the buffet counter. Kudos to the chef. Equinox is located at Swissotel The Stamford at 69th storey, one of the talk about high end dinning in Singapore. With New Asia Bar at storey 70th and a posh toilet where you can sleep after too tired grooving and drinking. The toilet is just too comfy. *sorry for being to disgusting, but yes, I like the toilet*
After a heartfelt, Hi-Tea, I headed home to change and meet Jue before heading to Wahidah mini-gathering. Everything went well at her place. The whole decor seems so glam. Fatimah Mohsein did a good job as a wedding planner. Again, its the food. This time its more traditional. I'm so blessed to be eating nice food on saturday. hahahahha.. Bone steak! A very long time favourite of mine!
Sunday was the wedding. She as the bride looked flawless in traditional clothes. I was shocked to see so many of my ex classmates to be there. Blessed to be there too. Most surprising of all, Rafidah, who once used to hate boys in school now a wife and mother to a boy. And coming second one. Congrats to her! Not forgetting, my girlfriend decided to come. Now that's my girlfriend. Took pictures. It was like a gathering. I went home feeling a little bit bleak but blessed. I reached home and had a nap with my make-up on with my bathrobe. I feel so dirty sleeping with my make-up. Woke up at 7pm and stayed up to watch tv till 12midnight. Again, I watched a wedding ceremony aired on the tv show. 3 September seems to be a hot date huh? Opps, its the school holidays.
Now, in the office, lots of pending stuffs. I miss Kamal. But I think, it better be over. I think I over reacted. hahahhaha. Maybe Kamal left his mobile on the seabed of Redang Beach. Idiot! hahahahha
I miss you, Kamal!
P/S: My ex-boyfriend changed his bike. And I'm totally clueless about it! I'm so happy! It better be this way!
